Research data, handled plainly.

Last updated August 3, 2026. Axis is an early-stage R&D concept.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, normalized U.S. mobile number, tracking interest, explicit SMS consent, signup time, and limited first-party campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, referring page, referral code, and advertising click identifiers included in the landing URL. Optional product-research answers are stored only if you submit them.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the waitlist, understand which research messages bring interested participants, contact people who consented to research and launch updates, improve the product concept, and measure aggregate acquisition performance.

Advertising and analytics

Optional analytics and advertising-measurement tools remain off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled, they may receive neutral activity such as a page view, waitlist opening, confirmed waitlist signup, survey completion, or referral-link copy. Axis does not send survey answers, tracking interests, email addresses, phone numbers, or inferred hormone or health information in analytics events or advertising URLs.

Your analytics choice

The consent banner stores your analytics choice in this browser. Choosing “Necessary only” leaves non-essential measurement off. SMS consent is separate from analytics consent and can be withdrawn by replying STOP to an Axis text.

Storage and choices

Waitlist data is stored in a restricted Supabase database and is not available through the public browser client. Reply STOP to an Axis text to opt out of SMS. For access or deletion requests, contact the Axis team through the address provided in a research or launch message.

Not medical data

The waitlist and optional survey are for product research. Axis is not currently a diagnostic device or healthcare provider, and the site should not be used to submit medical records or urgent health information.
